  Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. Use it on our website to see delivery progress.
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We take all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and net banking. Your payment info stays secure.
• Can I change my order after placing it?
  We process orders quickly, so changes might not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need help.

Product Questions

• How do I choose the right size?
  Check our size guide for measurements. Our hoodies have a standard fit - if you like it loose, go one size up.
• What materials are your hoodies made from?
  We use premium cotton blends for comfort and durability. Each product page lists specific fabric details.
• How should I care for my hoodie?
  Machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach to keep colors vibrant.

Shipping & Delivery

• How long does shipping take?
  Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 days across India.
• Do you ship internationally?
  Currently we only ship within India. We're working to expand internationally soon!
• What are your shipping costs?
  We offer free shipping on all orders! No minimum purchase required.

Shipping Policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3 PM IST on business days usually ship the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (FREE)
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (₹150)

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track orders through your account.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently don't ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Please provide a complete physical address for delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping at additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Urban Fit purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how to return or exchange.

Our Return Policy

You have 7 days from delivery date to return items for refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@urbanfit.com with your order number
2. We'll email you a return authorization and shipping label
3. Pack items securely and attach the label
4. Drop package at any BlueDart service point

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Sale items are final.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send the new item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately if you receive damaged or defective items. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

How to Measure Yourself

For best results, measure yourself wearing lightweight clothing:

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips
• Inseam: Measure from crotch to ankle (for pants)
